|Sarah (Ann?) Holland||I am
looking for some information about the parents of my
great-grandmother, Sarah (Ann??) Holland. She was born 14 Oct
1839. She married Madison Falls 6 Dec 1855 in Greene County
Tennessee. They had 12 children: Mary A., Soloman, Sarah
A., Deliah C., Laura J., Willie, Minnie, George, Tommy, Johny, James
Monrow (my grandfather), and Walter. Could she be the same Sarah
that was the child of Enos Holland in Thomas County, VA?
According to the 1850 Federal Census of Thomas County, there was a
Sarah Holland in that household that was 10 years old. Any
information would be appreciated.

I am searching for any information about the origin of my great-great grandmother ELIZABETH Holland, b. abt. 1827 in Allen Co KY. Her first name was possibly MARY, and her mother's name may have been Mary. Her parents are believed to be buried in Allen Co KY where she married William "Carroll" Carpenter. It is possible that she was the daughter of either William or Major Holland of South Central Kentucky, and that they came from Virginia in the late 1700s. Elizabeth may be buried in MO and died between 1890-1900. Does anyone know of this family? Thanks.
