Francis Marion Holland home
Wayne County, North Carolina 

Francis Marion Holland, called Frank, was the son of Green H. Holland and Elizabeth Barnes, the sixth of eight children.  He was born December 6, 1863, and died May 14, 1928.  

Frank Holland married Rebecca Hales, daughter of Guilford Hales.  They had five children:
Guilford Holland, George Franklin (called Frank) Holland, Nathan and Needham Holland (twins), and Mary Rachael Holland, who married Claude Warrick. 

The Elisha Holland Cemetery is in the field behind this house.  This picture was taken in 2005.

Guilford Holland (on right),  oldest son of Francis Marion Holland This appears to have been taken in Europe during World War I.   Guilford Holland was born in 1900.
